Hannah Rhinehart is a licensed and nationally board-certified music therapist and Executive Director of Perfect Harmony Health, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing neurologic music therapy (NMT®) services across the lifespan. She is a Fellow of the Academy of Neurologic Music Therapy® and holds specialized certifications in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Music Therapy (NICU-MT) and Music Therapy-Assisted Childbirth. Hannah is also a certified Relational/Conceptual/Technical instructor through The Mandt System, supporting trauma-informed de-escalation and client care practices.

Hannah earned her degree in Music Therapy from University of Georgia and completed her clinical internship at The George Center for Music Therapy. She later earned her Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University Coles College of Business, combining clinical expertise with strategic leadership in nonprofit healthcare.

Fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), Hannah specializes in working with children and adults with developmental delays, neurologic injuries, and neurodegenerative conditions including Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease. Her professional background includes experience in special needs camping, curriculum development, inclusive programming, rehabilitation, and memory care.

Outside of her professional work, Hannah is a proud mom of three and enjoys hiking, performing locally, coaching voice, and playing a variety of instruments. Whether leading a choir, writing custom songs, or singing with her children at home, she is passionate about using music to create connection, belonging, and meaningful change.
