Music & Wellness Program

therapeutic community programs for adults with cognitive changes!

The Music & Wellness Program at Perfect Harmony Health offers adults ages 40 and older (& their care-partner) a welcoming space to support brain health, explore creativity, and connect through music. Designed for individuals experiencing cognitive changes related to aging, Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, stroke, traumatic brain injury, and other conditions, the program provides meaningful opportunities to keep the mind engaged.

Designed by Neurologic Music Therapists (NMT)®, offerings include a choir and a cognitive-wellness music class where participants explore music fundamentals, songwriting, and activities that engage memory, attention, and executive functioning skills such as planning, organization, and problem-solving.

Whether singing together, learning something new, or creating a song, participants can enjoy music with purpose—supporting cognitive wellness, self-expression, and social connection in an encouraging community.
