2026 Rates

Dear Perfect Harmony Health Families,

What an incredible year it has been at Perfect Harmony Health! We've welcomed new families,  expanded access to care, deepened community partnerships, and provided over 5,000 hours of music therapy services.  More than 180 individuals and 20 groups experienced healing through music in 2025 and that only continues to grow. 

And keeping with our mission, PHH offered more scholarships than ever to help ensure that the healing power of music was available to all who could benefit - children, adults, and seniors. (The 2026 application is open the month of October, 2025).

2026 Rate Update

PHH is committed to keeping the cost of music therapy as affordable as possible. We’ve intentionally made only small rate increases in the past four years, while maintaining the highest-quality care for clients. 

Beginning January 1, 2026, Perfect Harmony Health will adopt the rate structure below. These new rates remain below the regional average for music therapy.

Service Type: 2026 Rates

Individual On-Site Hour: $130

Individual On-Site Half-Hour: $90

Evaluation / Re-evaluation: +$90 (evals recur every 6 months)

Group Off-Site Hour: $155 + mileage

Group Off-Site Half-Hour: $115 + mileage

Reminders & Support

  • Insurance: If you’d like us to check your benefits, send a copy of your card to billing@perfectharmonyhealth.com.

    • Coverage is most common with Anthem/BCBS, Aetna, Humana, Cigna, and UHC.

    • Out-of-Network: Music therapy is billed as an out-of-network service; deductibles apply.

    • Medicare/Medicaid does not cover music therapy services.

  • Waivers and outside scholarships: Please be mindful of timely filing requirements.
