Sensory Salon provides a supportive, sensory-friendly haircut experience for children. After registering, families will complete an intake call with Flo, the hairstylist, to discuss their child’s individual needs.
Haircuts start at $38, based on the cutting time required. A $10 deposit is required to reserve an appointment and is refundable up to 48 hours beforehand. Deposits will not be refunded for no-shows or late cancellations. If your child is unable to complete their haircut, Flo will work with you to reschedule for another date.
*Flo Acker has 18 years of experience as a Master Hairstylist, and brings both expertise and heart to every client she serves. Specializing in sensory-friendly haircuts for individuals of all ages, she is passionate about creating a calm, supportive, and accommodating environment where clients feel safe, understood, and respected.
After originally providing sensory-friendly experiences in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she now calls Georgia home, where she lives with her husband and two children. With her own child benefiting from this type of service, she deeply understands the importance of having these supports available within our community.
